Description: On 28 January 2021, in the vicinity of 405 East 105 Street Defendant Officers Debbie Martinez, Emmanuel Crespo and others unlawfully arrested and detained plaintiffs without reasonable cause. Plaintiffs were in a vehicle with two other occupants. The front seat passenger plaintiff was driving to her mother's house when the vehicle was pulled over. At no time did the driving plaintiff commit a VTL or give the officers any excuse to pull him over. The plaintiffs obeyed orders to step outside the vehicle. An officer pulled and dragged on the passenger plaintiff's arm as she stepped out of the vehicle and officer Crespo threw plaintiff against the vehicle.
