Complaint
Description: On March 25, 2022, when plaintiff was dressing in a Spiderman costume walking in Times Square Area, he was approached by police officers “John” Rahman (First Name Unknown), Shield#: 5322, “John” Brand (First Name Unknown), Shield#: 632, and “John” Rahman (First Name Unknown), Shield#: 3511. The officers told him to leave and threatened to issue a ticket. Plaintiff called 911 to report the harassment. More police officers arrive at the scene to harass and intimidate plaintiff. Plaintiff was stopped, frisked, arrested, imprisoned, and transported to a precinct, without no warrant.
