Description: The plaintiff observed the defendant parked illegally, then the plaintiff stopped to talk to the Defendant Traffic Agent Islam and take photos. Defendant Traffic Agent Islam backed his car up at Plaintiff, and Plaintiff got out of the way of the car by moving to the sidewalk. Additional defendant officers then came to the scene, upon which the plaintiff was arrested and taken to the NYPD 100th Precinct. The plaintiff was charged with one count of violation of Penal Law ß 195.05 (Obstructing Governmental Administration in the Second Degree) which was ACD.
