Description: On December 17, 2014 Plaintiff was wrongfully and excessively arrested by PO John Melendez and other POs. POs falsely accused Plaintiff of a crime and Plaintiff was falsely imprisoned. POs caused a malicious prosecution to be commenced against Plaintiff, and all charges were ultimately dismissed on March 31, 2015. Plaintiff suffered personal injuries, negligent and intentional infliction of emotional distress, anguish, anxiety, fear, and damage to reputation as a result of this incident.
