Description: On or about May 8, 2023 Plaintiff was in the vicinity of an intersection documenting an event that included interactions between police and civilians when POs John Corbisiero, John Dadamo, Kaz Daughtry, Frank Russo, and John and Jane Does falsely arrested Plaintiff with violence, placing their knees on Plaintiff's back, piling on top of Plaintiff while grabbing and twisting his ankle, and handcuffed Plaintiff in an excessively-tight manner. Plaintiff was wrongfully imprisoned and maliciously prosecuted. Officers involved had a history of misconduct but the police department had failed to take corrective action.
