Complaint
Description: On July 23, 2022, at around 11:30 a.m., Plaintiff Dillon Tyme, was driving on Old Town Road near County Road 83 in Suffolk County, New York. Therein Plaintiff was involved in a road-rage incident with Defendant Officer Douglas Debonet which led to a rear-end collision. Later that day, around 5:00 p.m., defendant arrived at Tyme’s home, located at 2 Ann Street, Selden, New York 11784. The defendant blocked Plaintiff's driveway, demanded to speak with him, and refused to leave. Tyme sheltered in place, and remained trapped and imprisoned inside.
