Description: On September 9, 2013, in Brooklyn, whilst Plaintiff was a passenger on an MTA bus, Defendants NYPD Officers were grossly negligent, careless and reckless in the ownership, operation, management, maintenance, supervision, use and control of their vehicles; in operating said motor vehicles in a manner which unreasonably endangered the public and the plaintiff in particular; and in failing to properly steer, guide, manage and control their aforesaid vehicles; in failing to avoid the collision with the bus on which Plaintiff was a passenger although they had an opportunity to avoid same. Plaintiff, JULIUS WALLACE, sustained serious injury, as a result.
