Description: On June 5, 2012, at approximately 9:30 AM, defendant police officers, including Patricia O'Brien and others, came to plaintiff's home located at 126 Birch Road in Staten Island. Plaintiff was arrested on false allegations, sworn by defendant NYPD detective Steven Greco, and transported to the 120th Precinct in police custody. Plaintiff alleges that defendant officers O'Brien and Greco created and manufactured false evidence against plaintiff and that defendant Greco conveyed such evidence to the Richmond County DA's Office, causing such evidence to be used against plaintiff in a legal proceeding.
