Description: On April 8, 2023, plaintiff was arrested by defendant officers of the NYPD. Upon his arrest, he notified the NYPD officers that he suffered from anxiety and claustrophobia. When taken to the police precinct, he had an onset of an attack and was hospitalized and given medication. He was discharged, and believes that the NYPD officers were given medication to provide to him, and he was returned to the precinct. He was again put in a cell, had a panic attack, and was hospitalized. On the third time he was put into a cell and had a panic attack, defendant NYPD officer Michael Zaki told him he would not be given medical attention, and defendant NYPD Officer Gregory Smith entered with a taser, hogtied plaintiff's han...
