Complaint
Description: On July 6, 2018, plaintiff was in his home. His son punched him in the face and plaintiff's fiancee and her son intervened to prevent any further conflict. Plaintiff never struck his son in any way or threatened to. Multiple family members witnessed the incident. One of plaintiff's son's called the police and ten unidentified officers arrived, including Officers Goodman, Imbert, Hernandez, and Breheny. Officers entered the backyard, where plaintiff was, without consent or a warrant. Some of the officers entered the interior of the home from the backyard without consent or warrant.
