Description: On "numerous occasions" beginning in November 2011 Plaintiff was ordered by his precinct captain (Defendant Veneziano) to withdraw, falsify, and or alter properly classified felony complaints reported in the NYPD crime statistic reports. When Plaintiff did not comply Veneziano threatened Plaintiff with retaliation in December 2011 with discipline and failure to issue complaint reports. In or around November 2012, a felony complaint for grand larceny was written up due to a stolen granite countertop worth $3000 but Veneziano did not allow the report to be entered.
