Description: Plaintiffs were protesting on the street in union square where defendant officers arrested them with tight handcuffs. Plaintiffs were then sent to pier 57 where there were toxic chemicals exposed. Plaintiffs were charged with disorderly conduct and all the charges for all plaintiffs were either dismissed or issued adjournment contemplation of dismissal of their cases.
