Description: On July 26, 2018, at approximately 7:30PM and at and around 82nd Street between 101st and 97th Avenues in Queens New York, the plaintiff, Anthony Galarza, was unlawfully stopped, questioned, handcuffed and falsely arrested by the defendants, without warrant or probable cause. The defendants also took possession of the plaintiff's motor vehicle which he lawfully owned. The plaintiff was brought to stationhouse, where the defendants allowed to be prepared or prepared false police report accusing the plaintiff of possession of a forged instrument, operating an unregistered vehicle, operating a motor vehicle without insurance and windshield tint.
