Description: On March 4, 2023, Mr. Thomas Rodriguez (plaintiff) was assaulted and battered by Police Officer Antonio Dinuzzo and John Does (defendants) by punching the plaintiff in the face and repeatedly punching, beating, striking and pounding his body. The plaintiff was then immediately handcuffed without reading his Miranda rights and informing him of the reason of his arrest. None of the police officers arriving at the scene provided any help or assistance to the plaintiff.
