Description: On April 15 2023 at approximately 8:45 pm, plaintiffs were present at 62-27 108th Street, Apartment 9A, Forest Hills, in the borough of Queens. Defendants John Doe 1-6, Officer Robert and Captain Herrarte entered the plaintiffs' house through a window. Defendants illegally remained in and occupied the plaintiffs' apartment and more specifically plaintiff Sheryl's room. The defendants also dragged a dead body into the apartment, and searched the apartment and personal belongings without the consent of the plaintiffs. The occupation of the house persisted for about five hours. Plaintiffs have suffered emotional damage due to the occupation.

Description: On March 31, 2015, at approximately 5:30pm, Plaintiff Aaron Ross was sitting in his vehicle parked near the intersection of Nostrand Ave. and Kings Highway in Brooklyn, NY when Defendant Assistant DA MARK POSNER allegedly attacked the Plaintiff by reaching through his car window and pounding on his car. When NYPD Officers PAUL GALLO and SGT. KENNETH HERRARTE arrived they searched Plaintiff without probable cause and arrested Plaintiff. Plaintiff was subsequently charged with two counts of assault, two counts of menacing, and one count of leaving the scene of an incident without reporting.
