Description: On October 28, 2017, plaintiff was lawfully parked in his friend's vehicle in the vicinity of Townsend Avenue and East 175th Street, Bronx, when defendant police officers approached and asked plaintiff to present his driver's license and vehicle registration. Plaintiff complied with both requests, and he informed the officers that he borrowed the vehicle from his friend. The officers then instructed plaintiff to step outside of the vehicle. Plaintiff complied reluctantly and inquired the reason for it, but the officers ignored the inquiry and proceeded to search plaintiff and the vehicle without proper cause or warrant.
