Description: On April 28, 2014, Plaintiff Subir Barua was arrested for obstructing the New York City Marshall's duties on the false allegations of Nayan Barua to Officer Ashana Kelly when Subir Barua changed locks on a door that he asserts he was within his rights to change as an owner of a particular building operated by Bangladesh Buddhist Vihara of New York. As a result, Plaintiff alleges false arrest, malicious prosecution, and emotional distress, although negligent or intentional is not demonstrated the pleading.
