Description: On August 19, 2022, Plaintiff was walking when suddenly, without reasonable suspicion or probable cause, he was tackled to the ground by four police officers. Defendant Officers held Plaintiff down, pulling on his arms and legs at the same time they were ordering him to put his hands behind his back. Defendants placed Plaintiff in metal handcuffs, yanked him to his feet, and pushed him against a metal fence. Defendant Officers then lifted Plaintiff up into the air and dragged him to a police vehicle.
