Description: On April 23, 2020, Defendant Police Officers Salvatore Todaro and Matthew Commender falsely arrested Plaintiff inside his home. Defendant Commender created false evidence against Plaintiff swearing in criminal court Plaintiff discharged a firearm into an occupied vehicle, which was false and utterly baseless. As a result, Plaintiff was incarcerated for months and when released, forced to defend against wrongful prosecution until all charges were dismissed and sealed on October 19, 2020.
