Description: On November 8, 2021, Plaintiffs were sitting inside their vehicle in a Target parking lot when Officer Randi Knepper and other unknown officers unlawfully stopped, detained, battered and assaulted, seized and searched and falsely arrested Plaintiffs. The officers falsely accused Plaintiffs of criminal acts without probable cause or any justification, and searched Plaintiffs' persons and car. The officers tased Plaintiffs and violently placed tight handcuffs on Plaintiffs' wrists.
Plaintiffs were taken to the precinct where they were interrogated without being Mirandized. Plaintiffs remained in custody until on or about November 9, 2021. As a result, Plaintiffs suffered severe and permanent injuries. The offic...
