Description: On August 25, 2017, police officers entered Plaintiff's home without permission or consent. Plaintiff was arrested for possession of marijuana and forged instrument even though neither was found on or near his person. Plaintiff was then incarcerated for 14 days. The charges were later sealed and dismissed.
