Description: On July 18, 2023, police officer Alexis Miraba and Sergeant Rosario Domingo wrongfully arrested plaintiff, transported him to the precinct and maliciously and unlawfully charged him with the Unauthorized use of a Vehicle in the Third Degree and Criminal Possession of Stolen Property in the Fifth Degree. All charges against plaintiff were dismissed. Plaintiff was severely injured and endured great mental anguish due to the actions of Alexis Miraba and Rosario Domingo.

Description: On January 14, 2014, Plaintiff, 13 years old, was stopped, thrown onto the gate of the store she has just exited, searched, handcuffed tightly, arrested, and placed in a police vehicle by Defendants Police Officer Domingo Rosario and P.O. John Doe. Plaintiff was driven around until Defendants arrested another male teenager, and then both were taken to the 24th precinct. There, Plaintiff was pushed into a metal bar, taunted, and put into a point-out identification procedure. Plaintiff was not pointed out, but remained handcuffed to a pole, tightly, for at least 7 hours.
