Description: On or about December 30, 2022 minor Plaintiff was seated in the rear of a vehicle when PO Hannah Cottignies, PO Angel Henriquez, PO Ramon Mejia, PO Miguel Sanchez, PO Melissa Negron, and POs John and Jane Doe 1-15 surrounded the vehicle and ordered the occupants to exit. Some of the POs had a history of misconduct prior to this incident. The occupants, including Plaintiff, exited the vehicle as ordered.
