50-a.org is a searchable website of NYC Civilian Complaint Review Board and related public NYPD data.
Information is compiled from now public CCRB records, FOIL requests from NYCLU, ProPublica, LatinoJustice PRLDEF and numerous individuals, as well as NYC DA Adverse Credibility lists and letters to defense attorneys by Gothamist/WNYC, discipline summaries from BuzzFeed, lawsuits from The Legal Aid Society and the NYC Law Department, and profile data provided by the NYPD, @nypdnews and the city.
Data from CCRB and NYPD websites is also available in CSV format.

Records are incomplete. The database does not include pending complaints for which the CCRB has not completed an investigation. Older records lack some data like shield number or age, race and gender. Only a limited set of lawsuits and NYPD discipline records are available. Officers with other misconduct or lawsuits but no CCRB complaints are not listed.
CCRB records contain approximately 300,000 allegations from 110,000 complaints of 51,000 officers, from the 1970s through January 2023.
