Description: Plaintiff was a Sergeant within the NYPD for 22 years. Plaintiff claims that Inspector Danberry falsely accused Plaintiff of failing to follow protocols and when Plaintiff complained, Danberry charged Plaintiff with meritless departmental charges. As retaliation for defendant's complaints and being found not guilty on the charges, Plaintiff was transferred to the 13th Precinct. Plaintiff was subjected to more retaliatory transfers. Plaintiff claims Sgt. Rajan was racist and discriminatory towards Hispanics/Latinos. All NYPD supervisors and other defendants repeatedly ignored Plaintiff's complaints. On two occasions, Sgt.
