Description: On May 31, 2017, Plaintiff was lawfully on the street when POs Michael Soto, Anais Leal, Haroldy Cabreja, and others approached Plaintiff with their weapons. Officers then seized Plaintiff and took him to custody, where he was held for 29 hours before being released. The Officers then filed a court case against Plaintiff without any probable cause.
