Description: On September 17, 2019, the plaintiff, a convicted felon and parolee with a history of arrests for burglary and trespassing, was allegedly subjected to unconstitutional conduct by members of the NYPD. Over the course of approximately one year, the plaintiff was arrested multiple times for offenses, including burglary and trespassing, despite being innocent and the officers lacking probable cause.
