Description: On March 4, 2013, Plaintiff was in his car after dropping his child off from school, waiting for a parking spot to open, when an undercover police officer approached. The undercover officer, along with Defendant Detective Hamu Hiller, Arlene Conway, Leonid Pysin and Darrel O’Neill, threw Plaintiff to the ground, cuffed him and illegally searched him and his car. Plaintiff was held in a police van for six hours while unrelated arrests were made, then taken to the 25th Precinct where he was strip searched.
