Knowingly associated with a person known to the Department, a person reasonably believed to be engaged in, likely to engage in or to have engaged in criminal activities.
Guilty:
Failed to identify himself as a Member of Service while at known location picking up personal property belonging to a person known to the Department.
Guilty:
Failed to safeguard his Department issued restricted parking permit resulting in the reproduction of said Police Officer's parking permit.
