Description: On October 29, 2017, plaintiff was beaten and unlawfully arrested by defendant officers Singh and Colon whilst sitting in his parked car. Plaintiff was wrongfully detained and brought to the precinct. Defendant officers then caused plaintiff to be falsely charged with disorderly conduct. All charges against plaintiff were ultimately dismissed.
