Description: On February 3, 2018, at approximately 5:00 a.m., Plaintiff William Johnson was lawfully present inside of 33-35 Saratoga Avenue, Brooklyn, New York, when the Defendant Officer Irisselly Arroyo, Shield No. 19572, Officer Sharif Bhuiyan, Shield No. 8263, and Sergeant Curtis Williams unlawfully stopped, questioned, frisked, and falsely arrested plaintiff without probable cause or legal justification. Defendants also tased Plaintiff without provocation or cause. Plaintiff was handcuffed and, as a result of his injuries, transported to Interfaith Hospital.
