Description: On November 20, 2022, at approximately 7:00 p.m., Plaintiffs Shandale Tartt and Richard Tartt were lawfully present in the vicinity of 1095 Prospect Avenue, Bronx, New York, when the defendant officers,NYPD Police Officer Mehmed Gutic, NYPD Police Officer Diogenes Rodriguez Montero, NYPD Police Officer Diogenes Rodriguez Montero, and several unnamed NYPD officers unlawfully descended upon, stopped, detained, searched, arrested, and subjected to excessive force the Plaintiffs without probable cause or legal justification.
