Description: On September 12, 2019, Plaintiff Caille was stopped by NYPD officers Joseph Walsh, Kevin Reed, Brian Jarette, Ebony Cunningham, and other unamed officers at the intersection of Caton Avenue and East 16th Street, Kings County, New York. Caille was driving a vehicle with permission from his friend and had three passengers. Caille alleges the officers unlawfully searched and seized Caille and the vehicle without consent, a warrant, or any legal authority. They found a brass knuckle in the vehicle, which Caille claims no knowledge of.
