Description: On September 6, 2013, Plaintiff was arrested in Queens. After 15 hours Plaintiff went before the judicial officer who dismissed the charge of possessing an open container entirely. Immediately thereafter on September 7, 2013, Plaintiff was transferred to the 44th Precinct in the Bronx and Defendant Officers processed and charged the Plaintiff for crimes stemming from a November 28, 2012, incident in the Bronx. As a result Plaintiff spent an additional 55 hours in custody for charges that would later be dismissed.
