Description: On October 28, 2020, Plaintiff was asked by Detective Lawrence Bray to assist in a police investigation of a shooting that occurred sometime prior thereto and
instructed to contact Bray any time that Plaintiff observed an individual whom
Bray suspected was involved in the shooting. Pursuant to that request, Plaintiff contacted Bray and informed him that the Subject Bray was looking for was present. Bray then instructed Plaintiff to get in his car with the Subject, and Plaintiff did so.
