Description: On January 15, 2018, Plaintiff MARCUS CHAVIS was illegally stopped, searched, detained and subjected to excessive force by defendants POLICE OFFICER DILLON SAMAROO, POLICE OFFICER ARNULFO LUCIANO, POLICE OFFICER RONALD FREEMAN, POLICE OFFICER DWIGHT WANZER, and NYPD POLICE OFFICERS JOHN/JANE DOE.
