Description: On December 29, 2018, NYPD officers including Nestor Amarante Polanco #16064, Arnulfo Luciano #23097, and Elvis Duran broke into plaintiff's apartment without a warrant and beat him. Plaintiff was tightly handcuffed and taken to the precinct, where he was held for 24 hours before being released without charges.
