Description: On May 5, 2022 Plaintiff was working at his job at Circle 1 Deli in Queens when Officer Anthony Easton came into his place of business and proceeded to search Plaintiff. Plaintiff asked Officer Easton if he had a search warrant and was told by Officer Easton that he did not need a search warrant because it was a “business search” and then proceeded to illegally search Plaintiff and then arrested Plaintiff for possession of marijuana. Plaintiff was taken to the 113th Precinct and was incarcerated for approximately one day.
