Description: On or about September 1, 2022, Defendant POs Singh, Alignay, Thorney, Plaus, and Doe arrested and detained Plaintiff without probable cause or reasonable suspicion. Defendant Thorney punched Plaintiff and slammed Plaintiff on a vehicle, injuring Plaintiff's stomach, chest, and face. Defendant POs placed PLaintiff in unreasonably tight handcuffs, injuring Plaintiff's wrists.
