Description: On August 20, 2019, at approximately 12.30pm, in the vicinity of 3376 Fenton Avenue in Bronx County when defendants Yajara Hidalgo ("Hidalgo"), John Londono ("Londono") and other defendant officers (together the "defendants") approached and questioned plaintiff regarding the vandilising of an air conditioner with no reasonable cause for suspecting plaintiff. Client believes they were targeted due to their race. Plantiff was unlawfully stopped and searched. Defendants falsely accused plaintiff of committing various crimes. Description: On February 3, 2019, at approximately 9:30 a.m., in the Bronx, New York, Ms. Rodriguez, the plaintiff, alleges that she was racially targeted by NYPD officers, including Defendants HIDALGO, LONDONO, and others (identified as JOHN or JANE DOE 1-10). According to the complaint, despite no apparent criminal activity or reasonable suspicion, the officers stopped and questioned her. Ms. Rodriguez was accused of criminal trespass and possession of a controlled substance. The officers conducted a search, handcuffed her tightly despite her protests, and transported her to the precinct, where she was processed and detained, eventually being transferred to Rikers Island.
