Description: On August 10, 2013, at about 3:30 a.m., Plaintiffs Jason Graham, Christopher Nicholas, Alexander Monroe, Cajan Wyatt, Kareem Gorkin, Dellon King, and Claudel Bottex were visiting a friend at 568 East 28th Street, Brooklyn, New York. Plaintiffs were outside the residence when several New York City Police officers, including Defendant Cleveland, approached them. The officers asked what they were doing and the Plaintiffs informed them that they were visiting their friend. Plaintiffs asked why the officers were questioning them and they informed the Plaintiffs that they were conducting an investigation.
