Description: On May 4, 2020, at approximately 11:56 a.m., at or near in front of 3011 Barnes Avenue in Bronx County, Plaintiffs Jorge Diaz and Berlinalda Rosario were unlawfully imprisoned by Defendant NYPD Police Officers, including Khlaid Abdulla. Plaintiffs were imprisoned for a period of 24 hours.
Plaintiffs bring claims of: false arrest and false imprisonment, assault, respondeat superior, and deprivation of rights under the fourth and fourteenth amendments.
