Plaintiff was falsely charged with possession of a firearm that was allegedly recovered from 680 Quincy St , Apt. 4B, Brooklyn, NY on March 29, 2019. Plaintiff was not present at that location when the gun was allegedly recovered, nor does plaintiff live at that location. Description: On September 28-29, 2012, approximately thirteen police officers from the NYPD’s 110th Precinct continued a pattern of retaliatory, unconstitutional conduct against Plaintiff, an African-American female by consistently harassing her patrons, breaking up a lawful party, and raiding her bar without a warrant or any other justification. NYPD police officers also made personal derogatory remarks toward Plaintiff who had a tortured history with the NYPD’s 110th Precinct. After the raids, Plaintiffs received nine bogus summonses.
