Description: On September 27, 2015, Plaintiff was severely beaten and injured by members of the NYPD while sleeping on a sofa in his living room. Plaintiff was hit with guns and closed fists on his face and torso while there was no need or justification to use any force. Plaintiff was thrown to the floor as they continued beating him. Plaintiff suffered injuries to his ribs, lower back, right wrist, neck, face, lips, and back of his head.
