Description: On November 1, 2011, defendants wrongfully, maliciously and without probable cause, arrested approximately 28 people, including the 17 plaintiffs in this case, whose only crime was exercising their constitutionally protected right to engage in peaceful protest against the NYPD’s Stop & Frisk practices. Plaintiffs are, Olugbenga Akinnagbe, Gregory Allen, Luis Barrios, Randy Credico, Desiree Deloach, Edward Diaz, Tyrone Dickerson, Carl Dix, Christina Gonzalez, Nicholas Malinowski, Samantha McIntire, Jason McGaughey, Margaret Kunstler, Robert Parsons, Morgan Rhodewalt, Phillip Strickland, Matthew Swaye, who were all protestors present at the above mentioned event.
