Description: Plaintiff 1 was smoking outside his home when he saw several men running towards him and went back inside scared. Plaintiffs later learned they were undercover Defendant Officers who then forcibly entered their home, asked them for ID, and then left. Officers returned minutes later, arrested them, searched their home, took them to the 105th Precinct, and charged them with OGA and Dis Con. Plaintiff 1 was also charged with resisting arrest. All charges were later dismissed.
