Description: On December 13, 2012, as plaintiff and friends were leaving a location in a taxi cab, NYPD officers, including officers Dionne Doris and Daniel Koski, forcibly removed a friend from the cab, handcuffed him, and when plaintiff inquired about the arrest, she was threatened with arrest, verbally abused, and forcefully handcuffed herself. She was then dragged by the arms by officers Koski and Doris, fell face first to the ground, at which time officer Doris picked her up and proceeded to repeatedly punch the left side of her face and throw her back on the ground.
