Description: On May 11, 2019, at approximately 6:00 a.m., Plaintiff, while lawfully present in the vicinity of Evergreen Avenue and Westchester Avenue in Bronx, New York, was stopped by NYPD officers, including Officer Tamarra Wynaar, without probable cause or reasonable suspicion based on Plaintiff age and race. Plaintiff was grabbed, handcuffed, searched, and arrested in an aggressive and excessive manner. Plaintiff was falsely accused of committing a crime, detained, and subjected to a strip search without legal justification.
