Description: On or about April 24th at approximately 1:45pm, plaintiff was assaulted by Tyler Watson and sustained injuries to her right eye. Plaintiff requested police assistance, and defendants Kendhin Furuta and John Does 1-10, New York City Police Department officers of the 48th Precinct, arrived. Instead of assisting plaintiff, defendants arrested the plaintiff violently and with excessive force and without any probable cause. Defendants did not provide any medical treatment or call emergency medical services despite plaintiff's visible injuries even after plaintiff's repeated requests.
