Description: On July 1 and 5, 2011, September 7, 2011, and January 19, 2013, while distributing compact discs containing original music in the vicinity of 7th Ave. and 49th Street in midtown Manhattan, Plaintiff CONRAD was approached and unlawfully searched and arrested by NYPD Officers MARMOROWSKI (July 1), GORMAN (July 5), LYONS (Sept. 7), KELLY (Jan. 19), and ten unidentified officers. In each incident, the indentified officers then falsely informed the DA's office that Plaintiff had been observed engaging in unlawful conduct such as Aggressive Begging, failing to display a "tax stamp," and disorderly conduct.
