Description: On March 18, 2016, near the intersection of Arden Avenue and Drumgoole Road West in Staten Island, NY, Plaintiff Louis Gerosavas was wrongfully stopped, searched, and arrested by Defendant NYPD Officer JOSEPH BARRY and two unidentified officers without probable cause and charged with multiple offenses including DWI. The Defendants used excessive force causing Plaintiff to suffer unspecified injuries. Plaintiff was then incarcerated for approximately 24 hours.
